When I learned about the Aiden Auction from the Chronicle of the Horse bulletin board forum, I felt it was a worth while cause to donate a breeding, L.A. Baltic Sundance. When the auction closed I was emailed the name of the winning bidder. I contacted them requesting any information on the mare they planned on breeding as well as photographs to place on the web site mare page.  January 24th, I received more than just information on a broodmare named Love Roberta (Becky). I received a lovely letter from Bobbie Welsh, winning bidder. She wrote how she was touched by the Aiden Auction to raise money for a little boy in need of a Liver transplant. After reading Bobbie's letter I understood why Bobbie was touched. Aimee at eight years old was diagnosed with T-Cell Leukemia. This is her story......
